It's at this exact point that I realised Deadliest Warrior aren't even bothering to even keep up the pretense of scientific scrutiny. Well, it was obvious to me when they gave the Samurai a mythological weapon, but this was particularly egregious since they even included a graphic with a bolt of lightning imbuing the sword with Magical Energy. It's just a joke, now: they should just get rid of the "experts" and show the weapon tests and the fight at the end instead. I agree with everything, but for one thing:

Presumably they're making the same blatent mistakes for all the fights. It's just not good enough and you should write them a stern letter.
